Established 2008 by one of the oldest winemaking dynasties in the colony of South Australia

The Watervale and Polish Hill vineyards were carefully selected due to their unique soil formations and the micro climates found in the respective vineyards. The primary varietals of Riesling, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvests are transported to the Kaesler wineworks in Barossa Valley for vinification. Riesling excels in Watervale and the Shiraz and Cabernet from Polish Hill represent some of the finest fruit found in the region.
