Cabernet Sauvignon by Tatachilla of McLaren Vale. Blueberry and vibrant blackberry upfront balanced by a powerful tannic structure and smooth middle palate. From choice vineyards in McLaren Vale's southeast, Clarendon and Blewitt Springs, a Cabernet Sauvignon of vibrant fruit, solid structure and succulent textures, with a gentleness that belies it's varietal provenance. Cabernet Sauvignon is harvested off the estate's Clarendon vineyard and from good sites operated by dedicated growers around Blewitt Springs and McLaren Vale township. Characters of roasted almonds and fresh coffee before a long finish that lingers in the mouth on notes of licorice and cocoa notes.
